A new BlueCat Linux board support package (BSP) targets the 64-bit Apple PowerPC G5 processor. The BSP supports the latest release of BlueCat Linux based on the 2.6 kernel. BlueCat Linux is available as a free download from the company. A commercial version and support contracts are also available. BlueCat Linux works with other company tools, including the SpyKer trace tool and the VisualLynux integrated development environment that runs on Microsoft's Visual Studio.
