Predicting full-featured, desktop-style computing on next-generation embedded and mobile products, the Geode LX [email protected] processor requires less than 1W of operating power and supports Windows XP and XP Embedded operating systems. The device targets a variety of consumer electronics and computing markets including multimedia devices, single-board computers, access devices, and other general embedded applications. The device expands memory bandwidth through a DDR interface and I/O throughput via USB 2.0 support.
