The entry-level system aligns, places and reflows SMT components.Included with the rework station are many features found on more costly systems, including independent heating nozzle and vacuum pick-up tube, comprehensive thermal cycle libraries and look-up/look-down split image component placement. The unit’s easy-to-use Windows-based software allows engineers to create a rework profile and store it in memory.
