Embedded PC Sports 500-MHz Celeron CPU

May 1, 2000

Residing in a CE-certified metal case measuring just 5.71" x 9.02" x 3.67" and mountable on DIN rails, the PC7 embedded PC uses either a 400- or 500-MHz Celeron processor. The board houses its own power supply that requires a non-critical voltage input from 10 to 30 vdc. Other features of the modules include a VGA, LCD, or PanelLink interface, three PC/104 interfaces, up to 256 MB of SDRAM, and a 10/100 Ethernet interface. Up to 64 of these modules can be connected to control and monitor dispersed parts of a plant within a CAN network of up to 1056 feet.
