Made of InGaN and offered in 3-mm T1 or 5-mm T1-3/4 sizes for panel or board mount applications, Blue LEDs provide high brightness with luminous intensities up to 1575 mcd at 20 mA and 470 nm. Panel mount versions come in sizes of 0.187", 0.250", 0.297", or 0.3125" with forward voltages of 3V to 28V. Board versions are available customized as vertical bars, single- or multi-level, right-angle packages.
