Designed for AdvancedTCA (ATCA) and MicroTCA (MTCA) systems, the LAN AMC Gigabit Ethernet AdvancedMC (AMC) board employs a native PCI Express design and provides four Gigabit Ethernet ports. Delivering full wire-speed performance on all four Gigabit ports simultaneously, the board supports two Marvell Yukon 88E8062 Gigabit Ethernet controllers. Each network interface can auto-sense speed, simplex, duplex, and flow control, and detect polarity, and cable lengths, eliminating the need for cross over cables. The board's front panel supports four IEEE 802.3ab-compliant connections over 1000-BaseT Cat-5e copper wire through industry standard RJ-45 connectors. List price for the Quad-port LAN AMC is $1,011.
