Plug-In Boards Access High- And Low-Speed CAN

The PCI-CAN/DS, PCMCIA-CAN/DS and PXI-8462 are dual-speed interface cards with two CAN ports, one configured for high-speed controller area network (CAN) and the other for low speed CAN. The PCMCIA-CAN/DS can automatically detect the type of PCMCIA-CAN adapter cable being used.
The boards come with the company's NI-CAN software that includes device drivers for application development and firmware that runs on the embedded processors on the CAN boards. Pricing for the PCI-CAN/DS, PCMCIA-CAN/DS and PXI-8462 is $1,145, $1,245 and $1,345, respectively.
