It also features a glare-eliminating black finish to help reduce eye strain and enhance contrast for easier positioning. This palm-sized tool has cushioned rubber hand grips and a proprietary Light Touch return spring. The cutter is well-suited for cutting wire from less than 1 mil up to 18 AWG.
