For cramped embedded applications requiring dynamic multimedia, the 5.25" ECM-5716 CPU board packs a wealth of features. Graphics support is by way of an 855GME chipset and an AGP 2D/3D engine that supports LCDs and CRTs with a frame buffer up to 64 MB. The board also supports TMDS (Transition Minimized Differential Signaling) and LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) for running simultaneous displays of either type. Other features include support for Pentium M processors and up to 1 GB of DDR SDRAM, AC97 audio, 10/100 Base-Tx Ethernet, and a slot for Type I/II compact flash memory.
