cPCI Subrack Aids Board Development

May 1, 2000

During the process of developing CompactPCI (cPCI) boards, access to components may be required. Instead of using an expensive cPCI extender card, users now have the option of utilizing the firm's cPCI Developer Subrack, which provides a simple and inexpensive solution to test and debug cPCI front-loaded and rear-loaded I/O boards. The subrack features specially designed side plates that allow easy access to PC boards. It is designed so that the power for the backplane will come from an existing bench top supply. Dimensions for the subrack are 8U total height x 42HP usable width x 292 mm depth. Call for pricing.
