Adding to the HK series multi-layer chip (MLC) capacitors is what is said to be the industry's first 100-nH chip inductor in an EIA 0201 case size. The series offers inductance values from 1 nH at 250 mA to 100 nH at 40 mA. Also setting a precedent, the HKQ series 0201, high-Q chip inductors provide inductance values from 1 to 10 nH with 30% higher Q values than previous devices in the series. Both series employ non-polarized electrodes that allow mounting in any orientation on the circuit board.
