From the maker of the market's smallest full-function Linux computers comes the netstix 400xm-cf, a full function Linux server that doubles the performance of the netstix 200xm-cf. The module squeezes a 400-MHz connex motherboard, 64 MB of RAM, 16 MB of compact flash memory, and 10/100 Ethernet connectivity into an area measuring 35 mm x 103 mm, excluding power supply. Typical applications include network testing and diagnosis plus software development and testing. The company offers pre-loading services whereby user code is pre-flashed onto the motherboards prior to shipment, simplifying assembly and lowering production costs. Price for the netstix 400xm-cf starts at $186 each/1,000. GUMSTIX INC., Portola Valley, CA. (888) 427-3428.
