Suitable for the supply of local power on control system boards, the NMV Series of single- and dual-output, 1W dc-to-dc converters saves pc board space, reduces component counts, and minimizes switching noise in new and existing distributed power

Suitable for the supply of local power on control system boards, the NMV Series of single- and dual-output, 1W dc-to-dc converters saves pc board space, reduces component counts, and minimizes switching noise in new and existing distributed power architectures. The units offer board-mounted footprints as small as 1.17 cm2 and enable designers to achieve significant space savings by delivering full-bore performance without a heatsink. The converters’ high 3-kV dc galvanic isolation (for one minute) translates into low switching noise. Efficiency ratings are around 80%. The units have 5V or 12V inputs and single or dual outputs of 5, 9, 12 and 15 vdc.
