Custom assemblies using the keypads can include circuit boards, light pipes, and a wide variety of graphics that enhance both user friendliness and ease of use.
The molded silicone material used is said to be easy to clean with water or solvents, and the keys can include domes to enhance tactile feedback. For special applications, EMI and RFI shielding can be provided as needed.
