Claiming to be the most technically advanced 16-bit, PCI-based data acquisition boards in their price range, the DaqBoard/1000 series provides a wealth of features. These include synchronous analog, digital, and frequency I/O, software support including Linux drivers, and DMA bus mastering. The DaqBoard/1000 operates at 200 kHz and provides 16 analog inputs, two analog outputs, 24 digital I/O channels, and six frequency and pulse I/Os. Also operating at 200 kHz, the DaqBoard/1005 offers the same I/O features as the DaqBoard/1000 with the exception of the two analog outputs. Both boards come with the DaqX API library and DaqCOM ActiveX/COM interface at no additional charge. Prices for the DaqBoard/1000 and /1005 are $475 and $375 each/5+, respectively.
