Designed to meet the needs of passive PCI/ISA backplane applications such as industrial automation and computer telephony, the PV5300 slot card and PPX770 chassis combine to provide a powerful base computer system. The PV5300 SBC is based on Intel’s Pentium II Mobile Module (MMC2) and the PPX770 15-slot chassis combines with this board while offering 14 slots for application specific I/O cards. The chassis offers dual positive pressure cooling fans, a 400W PS/2 compatible power supply, 10 PCI slots, four ISA slots, three 5.25-in. drive bays, two internal 3.5-in. drive bays, and a 3.5-in. external floppy bay.
