Designed specifically for high-performance telecom and datacom application, the EV6035 evaluation boards makes it easy for designers to try out high-performance designs in DL6000 FPGA devices at speeds reaching 200 MHz in order to measure actual in-circuit performance and analyze output patterns, without having to build a prototype board. The board is configured to automatically load the DL6035 from on-board serial EEPROMs at power-up, or from a serial download cable connected to a PC or workstation. The EEPROMs are reprogrammable and socketed, making it easy to try different design iterations. Standard header pins provide access to 128 of the board's I/O signals.
