Compatible with the OR840 workstation motherboard, these RIMM modules are available in rated speeds of 600 MHz and 800 MHz and in capacities ranging from 64 MB to 256 MB. The OR840 workstation board features support for Pentium III microprocessors and includes a 2-channel Rambus memory system that provides two to three times the memory bandwidth of comparable PC100 SDRAM-based systems. When fully populated (two RIMM modules per channel), the board can support up to 1-GB of high-performance memory.
