cPCI SBC Comes With Low Power Pentium II/III

A 500 MHz Pentium II/III processor based, cPCI bus, peripheral slot single-board computer, the VMICPCI-7697 carries the embedded low power Pentium II/III module with MMX, up to 144 MB of DiskOnChip bootable flash, and 512 MB of SDRAM. Designed for Windows NT and RTX applications, the board provides a feature-rich platform and complies with the high availability provisions of the PICMG 2.1, v.1.0, that is standard for CompactPCI hot swap. The board has three programmable 16-bit timers, 32 KB of battery-backed SRAM, software selectable watchdog timer with reset, and remote Ethernet booting. A PMC mezzanine expansion site has PICMG-compatible user I/O backplane mapping. Price is $2656.
