A new power inductor comes in seven sizes ranging from 3.8 to 9.8 mm square. Depending on the size, the Series CSSxxxP SMT inductors stand only 1.8 to 5 mm high and are designed for surface-mount IR reflow soldering. They have an energy storage capacity of up to 10W. Current ranges from 100 mA to 3.5A and DC resistance ranges from .02? to 1.8?. Operating temperature ranges from –25°C to +100°C.
