With overall dimensions of 70 mm x 70 mm, this new graphic LCD module offers a resolution of 128 x 64 pixels and comes standard with the T6963 LCD timing controller on-board. A built-in bias voltage generator is also standard, and the module can be ordered with an LED or EL backlight.
