These new sunlight-viewable devices are available in red, yellow and green colors and in one package for customizable use as data display, set point, logic status, and pc board fault indicators. The LEDs come either hermetically-sealed in TO-46 packages or as panel-mount versions. Two commercial levels, with operating temperatures of either 0°C to +70°C or -55°C to +100°C (component is JANTX screened) are offered. The components are qualified to MIL-PRF-19500, MIL-PRF-38534 to Class H and K, and ISO-9001 standards.
