Press-Fit Card Edge Connectors Offer Staggered Contacts

Press-fit card edge connectors provide high-density 0.050-in. spacing for 0.093-in. daughter cards. The connectors feature staggered contacts to allow low-insertion force board installation.

The compliant pin design provides reliable hole retention and minimizes hole deformation. The housing is constructed of 94V-0 high-temperature glass-filled thermoplastic. Contacts are palladium nickel-plated copper. This connector is compatible with high-temperature surface-mount temperatures of 260°C for 30 s.
