The AX07CXxxx line of flash-based, mixed-signal microcontrollers (MCUs) is built around the ARM7TDM1 core. The MCUs possess a 10-bit, five-channel analog-to-digital converter, 4 kbytes of SRAM, flexible I/O options (up to 55 bits), six 16-bit multifunction timers/counters for general-purpose applications, an 8-bit watchdog timer, and two 16C550-compatible UARTs. Pricing starts at $5. An evaluation board is also available.
