The Mercury PC/104 single-board computer (SBC) packs a 533-MHz Intel IXP425 replete with hardware-accelerated encryption support. The board also includes up to 64 Mbytes of SDRAM, 32 kbytes of flash, and 256 kbytes of battery-backed-up SRAM. Communication support includes dual 10/100BaseT Ethernet ports, four USB 2.0 host ports, four serial ports, 16 GPIO, and a Compact Flash port. There's also a real-time clock and DMA controller. The low-power unit draws 3.5 W. The Mercury board is priced at $385.
