The CMX-Lx45 from Diversity Technology Inc. is a highly configurable module based on the PICMG COM Express Specification. Developers can opt for the Intel Core Duo or the Intel Celeron M processor. The embedded computer module is designed around the Intel 945GM Express chip set and features up to 2 Gbytes of PC2-4200/5300 DDR2 SDRAM (non-ECC only) on one 200-pin SO-DIMM socket. The system-on-module design of the COM Express Specification makes the architecture well-suited for a number of applications, including industrial automation, military deployments, medical imaging, and any other space-constrained systems that require an easily upgradeable design and extended I/O capabilities. Production shipments of the CMX-Lx45 are available now. Single-piece pricing is $1025. Quantity discounts are available. For more information, go to www.diversitytechnology.com.
