Specifically designed for use with fax/modem cards and PDAs, a trio of 16-pin, multi-function PhotoMOS relays is designed to minimize space consumption on boards. Each unit measures 0.408" long x 0.173" wide x 0.083" tall.The AQS210PS is a DAA relay for hook switch, dial pulse, ring detection, electronic inductance and polarity protection. Model AQS210TS contains two MOSFET relays and one optocoupler. And the AQS210T2S carries one relay and two optocouplers. All are designed to operate in the range of 350V to 400V with load currents from 100 mA to 120 mA. They're suited for battery operation and offer fast response.
