SMT Receptacles Keep Low Profile

Oct. 1, 1998

Available in heights of 2, 2.3 or 2.8 mm, CPRMSL Series receptacles, when mated with low-profile C32H Series pin headers, can provide a board separation of only 3.55 mm. Contact number ranges from 4 to 64 positions in a dual row configuration. The receptacles come with or without 0.64 mm diameter posts and with tube or tape-and-reel packaging. And they use a thermoplastic material that is UL 94V-0 rated with insulation resistance of 5000 Megaohms minimum. Current rating is 1A and contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum.
