Tool Set Speeds ADSL Design Work

Designers of ADSL equipment can take advantage of the shortened time to market promised through use of the CopperGold Tool Set, a comprehensive development system for the company's CopperGold semiconductor products. The tools include the CopperGold ADSL Data Pump, the CopperGold System Development Kit (SDK) and communication protocol stack software. The Data Pump board carries the single-chip CopperGold transceiver and companion line driver, interleaved memory, an RJ-45 line jack and an isolation transformer. The System Development Kit includes a hardware reference design and an ATU-C modular platform for support of multiple transceivers by one host controller.
