Available for the first time in rectangular and cylindrical packaging are the firm's low-cost white LEDs (GaN), which also come in traditional 3-mm and 5-mm round packaging. The new packages are said to provide complete freedom and flexibility for design engineers without placing extra burden on their budgets. The company can also load up on its multi-level circuit board indicator with different combinations of white and other different color LEDs.
