New Power Inductor Families Seek Low-Profile Assignments

Four new families of power inductors have been developed for use in low-profile applications. Called Power Wafer inductors, the devices each measure less than 2 mm high, with one family managing to sit a mere 1.19 mm above a pc board's surface.
