Driver Boards Speed Power Supply Design

Designed for use with the firm's low inductance U-package that is used for U-Series IGBTs and F-Series Trench IGBTs, these two new circuit boards come with a component list of parts needed to complete the design. Available at no charge when users purchase the required dc-to-dc converter power supply and hybrid gate driver up to the quantity needed to complete one complete system set, the driver boards are available for pre-production use at $7.55 for the BG1A and $9.01 for the BG2B. The boards and required gate drivers (M57959L/ M57962L/ M57160L-01) and dc-to-dc converter (M57145L-01) are available from stock.
