Intelligent Interface Includes Local I/O

The Model 2550 intelligent operator interface features and includes local I/O and networking capability via serial, Ethernet, and Devicenet interfaces. Operator entry is achieved through a standard keyboard and/or an optional touchscreen. Pop-up dialog boxes facilitate alpha and numeric data entry on the touchscreen. The device is configured using the company's WinBuild 2000 software. Users can generate programs including graphics, control code, tag tables, recipes, and alarms in a point-and-click environment.
