The company's new stackable terminal blocks offer contact pitches of 3.5 and 3.81 mm for printed circuit board mounting and come with housing interlocks in configurations for both side and top wire entry. They can accept wire sizes from 14 to 30 AWG, either solid or stranded.
These terminal blocks are molded to length, providing any number of positions from two to 25. It is claimed that end-to-end stacking preserves the contact centerline spacing.
Contact current and voltage ratings are 12A and 150V, repectively. Other features include a rising-clamp cage design and all of the blocks come with open captive screws. Cost per position in volume is approximately $0.11 to $0.15.
