Line Of Adhesives Expands To Meet Needs Of Flex Interconnect Industry

Touted as a lighter weight, thinner and less expensive alternative to mechanical connectors, Z-Axis Adhesive Films are designed to meet the needs of the flex interconnect industry. The films use established technologies and a variety of different conductive particles to connect to multiple substrates including flexible circuit, LCD glass and printed wiring board. Several of the adhesives offer fine pitch capabilities to 70 microns.
