The FS2330 DDR SDRAM DIMM analysis probe is said to provide a high-quality connection from an Agilent Technologies' 16700 series logic analysis system to the user's DIMM DDR bus on a PC motherboard. The probe allows state or timing analysis measurements at 266 MHz and activates data output on both the rising and falling edge of the system clock.
The FS2330 inverse assembler software executes in the logic analyzer. In the state analysis mode, the analyzer master clock is derived from the DIMM master clock using protocol-sensitive circuitry. The software decodes the key DIMM bus signals and presents a readable display of the various bus transactions in real-time. Pricing is $6,500.
