Test and measurement equipment are the target for the firm's new Nais brand PhotoMOS RF C x R 10 type relay with a low on-resistance of 9.5 ohms. Output capacitance between terminals is 1.0 pF and high-speed switching is rated at 30µs. Typical applications include medical equipment, board testers and multi-point recorders where low-level analog or high frequency signals need to be controlled.
