Touch-Screen PC Eyes Manufacturing Applications

Nov. 1, 2000

Built to handle the rigors of the manufacturing floor, the Touch Screen Station integrated computer system features a Pentium MMX class computer system with a TFT active matrix 12.1" or 15" display. The system is compatible with Windows 3.1/95/98/2000/NT and is available with PC/104 or ISA expansion slots. Its on-board 10/100 BaseT Ethernet interface is expandable to multiple communications ports. In order to simplify complex systems, the station limits the number of options or the amount of data displayed at one time when an extensive database is involved. A touch-target feature provides a step-by-step, fail-safe sequence to guide the user through a complex set of procedures.
