Because of their excellent crosstalk characteristics, these miniature coaxial connectors are targeted for use in wireless telecomm products. Representing a high-contact-density modular connection system that employs cutting-edge backplane wiring techniques, har-pak connectors are designed to provide rugged, compact board-to-board interconnections. And they can accommodate a wide variety of cable assemblies, including SMA, SMB, N-Type, and several other types.
The har-pak modules are available in various sizes, offering from 2 to 10 coax lines per module. Both the straight and angled versions of the press-fitted connectors feature blind-mating board-to-backplane RF connections. In addition, the connector system can also provide board-to-cable RF interconnections and "float plate" solutions for blind-mating of heavy sub-assemblies. Prices begin at $28 each/100.
