The CMM3566-LC is a linear power amplifier intended for use in subscriber units and base stations that operate in the 3.45 to 3.50 GHz frequency range. Typical features include operation at 7.0V, 30 dB gain at operating output, and +24 dBm linear output power. This new power amplifier compliments the company's offerings forW-CDMA applications with enhanced linearity and reduced current in an extra small form factor.
The CMM3566-LC is packaged in a low-cost and space-efficient LCC-8 plastic package measuring 4 mm x 4 mm x 1.8 mm high and delivering excellent electrical stability and low thermal resistance. Reduced circuit board space and cost is achieved through minimal external circuitry for bias and matching. Samples of CMM3566-LC, along with evaluation boards, are available from stock. Volume quantities of 100-200K/month are priced at $4.50 per unit.
