    Targeting portable applications, the MTG-S12864AFGNSEB offers a 128 x 64 pixel resolution and incorporates a low-power EL backlight. Measuring 93 mm x 70 mm, the unit is also available with a built-in DC/DC converter, which provides the LCD drive

    Targeting portable applications, the MTG-S12864AFGNSEB offers a 128 x 64 pixel resolution and incorporates a low-power EL backlight. Measuring 93 mm x 70 mm, the unit is also available with a built-in DC/DC converter, which provides the LCD drive voltage and allows for operation from a single 5V power source. Built-in features include an EL inverter, a timer controller and display RAM. Options available are an on-board negative voltage generator and wider operating temperature. Quantity pricing starts at $21 each.
