With this new series of devices, circuit designers have the ability to place a miniature three-resistor precision network anywhere on a pc board. Housed in a small outline transistor, SOT-143 package, the precision thin-film resistive devices can be used in precision dividers, battery-charging and feedback circuits in computers, instrumentation, power supplies and motor controls. The SOT143 series has absolute tolerances as low as ±0.1% and radio tolerances between the three resistive elements as low as 0.05%. Rated for a full 0.25W at 70°C and 100V, the networks have resistance values from 10 ohms to 200 Kilohohms. Operating temperatures range from -55°C to 125°C. The resistor networks come in three standard schematics, with each network consisting of two or three thin-film precision resistive elements. Pricing is $0.75 each/10,000.
