With pulse-withstanding capabilities up to 5 kV with 1.2/50 µs and 10/700 µs pulse shapes as defined by IEC 60-115-1, the PWCR series, thick-film chip resistors are available in four standard sizes: 0805, 1206, 2010 and 2512. Power ratings range from 0.125W to 1.5W at 70ûC, allowing users to incorporate protection wherever it is required within the circuit and on the board. Available in two sizes, an additional feature is an increased limiting element voltage (LEV) for an 0805 size component and 500V for a 2512-sized component.
