The Remote Distribution Cabinet (RDC) provides 168 circuit breaker poles in a 24 in.2 cabinet, freeing up floor space, easing installation and wiring, and providing a safer method for users to reconfigure connected loads. It is also claimed to be the first remote distribution panel with inline 42-pole panelboards with 6" of open access space per panelboard. Other features include: individual access panels for wiring and maintenance; four inline panelboards designed for single, dual or quad inputs from UPSs and PDUs to decrease underfloor wiring congestion; and a bottom-access conduit landing plate located 7.5" above the floor.
