Made using 0.015" flat copper wire with a 0.0001" 90/10 tin/lead finish, the FJ-Series of surface-mount jumpers is said to be a more efficient on-board jumper solution than zero-ohm resistors and to offer sufficient clearance for use on circuit boards without having to employ stand-offs. Available in 1206 and 0805 sizes, the ultra-low-profile SMT jumpers can handle up to 2A (max.) of current, require no insulation, and are supplied on 7-inch, 1000-piece tape-and-reel packages for use in automated placement and soldering operations.
