According to the company, the SBC provides users that require five- to ten-year product availability a migration path from their 486- and Pentium-based PC/104 modules without extra expense. Other features include support for up to 256 MB of SDRAM and AGP 4X video with a 32 MB UMA frame buffer. With no shortage of I/O, the board provides a single Ultra DMA 33/66/100 drive interface, compact flash socket, two RS-232 ports, two USB ports, and IrDA, floppy-disk, parallel, and PS/2 mouse and keyboard ports.
