For handheld and other space-constrained applications, the Qcard single-board computer (SBC) measures just 2" x 2.5" while integrating features that make it suitable for use as an industrial controller. The SBC supports a 16 MHz 68HC11F1 microprocessor, 512 KB of flash memory, 128 KB of RAM, 320 bytes of EEPROM, eight lines of programmable digital I/O, eight-bit a/d conversion, and dual RS232/485 ports. Add-on modular expansions include a four-line x 20-character display, five-column x four-row keypad, 240 x 128 pixel backlit graphic display and digital touchscreen, 16- or 24-bit resolution a/d converter, 12-bit d/a converter, and isolated ac or dc solid-state relays. The board is programmable in C, Forth, or Assembly and includes built-in programming tools with an interactive debugger, a multitasking executive, and device-driver libraries.
