Promising ruggedized COTS reliability and the graphics power required in mobile-missile command and control systems, the USPIIe-USB VMEbus single-board computers (SBCs) combine the latest 650 MHz UltraSPARC-IIi processors with a local PCI bus (PMC) peripheral controller slot and a high-performance bridge. They are available in one-, two-, and three-slot configurations. Each model includes a VME64 interface, dual Ultra3 80 MB/s SCSI port, up to two 10/100 Base-T Ethernet ports, and up to six RS-232 serial ports. Memory is expandable up to 4 GB via memory mezzanine cards. The USPIIe-USB/ 3GP2 three-slot SBC offers an optional TGA3D+ graphics accelerator and provides AC97 audio.
