A pc-mount power relay with quick-connects has received two ratings from UL: 20A at 250 Vac general use and 1.5 HP at 250 Vac. Both ratings for the AZ757 are for 100,000 cycles at 85°C. This relay gives designers the standard pc-board connections

A pc-mount power relay with quick-connects has received two ratings from UL: 20A at 250 Vac general use and 1.5 HP at 250 Vac. Both ratings for the AZ757 are for 100,000 cycles at 85°C. This relay gives designers the standard pc-board connections for the coil with quick-connects for the contacts. The Slimpak design of the AZ757 takes up less than 0.5" square of pc-board space. With a dielectric rating of 5 kV, the AZ757 claims a 10 kV surge rating. Class B insulation at 130°C is standard, with Class F insulation at 155°C optional. Coil voltages are available in 5 Vdc through 24 Vdc. The relay also comes in a sealed version. Pricing starts at $0.94/1,000. AMERICAN ZETTLER INC., Aliso Viejo, CA. (949) 831-5000.
