Raising integration levels, the 615x/625x family of microprocessor supervisors provides programmable voltage-reset monitoring, a watchdog timer with programmable time window, and a system enable output. Options include a 5V low-dropout regulator and a power saving function compatible with CAN-bus sleep mode. The V series includes the V6150 and V6155, while the A series includes the A6150, A6155 and A6250 with the 5V LDO regulator. Both series are TTL/CMOS compatible. The A6150, V6150, A6155, and V6155 are available in a SO8 package and the A6250 comes in a PSOP2-16 power package that is solderable to the circuit board using a bottom slug for heat sinking.
